Preparing your boat for a freezing winter

“One Way Marine Sales Manager, Ron Boggs told MTN News that water left in engines and pumps will freeze and expand during extended periods of cold. A cracked engine can cost as much a $5,000 to repair.

Boggs said this time of year can get busy in the shop and they will see as many 400 boats before their through. He also mentioned if you can’t get your boat into a shop you might have to prepare it for winter yourself.”
